Update on Advocate Affiliation

12/7/2021: Effective 1/1/2011, Illinois Foot & Ankle Center, SC and Dr. Kelly May will no longer be a part of the Advocate Physician Partners network. We will no longer be able to accept new patients with Advocate HMO plans. We will be glad to assist any existing patients with Advocate insurance plans in their transition to another provider if necessary. Dr. May will no longer perform surgery at Advocate South Suburban Hospital. All surgeries will be scheduled at either Silver Cross Hospital or the Silver Cross Surgery Center.
